Combinatorial mutagenesis of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for efficient production of protease

As an important industrial enzyme, protease is widely used in feed, food and other fields. At present, the insufficient activity obtained from microorganisms cannot meet purpose of production. In this study, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens with high production was screened animal feces by plate transparent circle method. To improve protease, atmospheric room temperature plasma (ARTP) mutagenesis first round, reached 315.0 U/mL. Then, to enhance 60Co-? irradiation for combined mutagenesis, leading B. FMME ZK003 up 355.0 Furthermore, realize efficient after optimization fermentation conditions, increased 456.9 Finally, 823.0 U/mL a 5 L fermenter. These results indicate that can efficiently produce which provides good foundation protease.
